At its meeting on December 16, the Superior Township Planning Commission approved the final site plan for the new library! Now our design work can be finalized and the construction can go out for bid.
The Superior Township Board of Trustees will consider a property split at its meeting on the 21st. They plan to gift approximately 4.25 acres of the land to YDL.
A big construction sign (shown above) will soon be erected at the site.
Site clearing is complete, and the land is ready for our spring groundbreaking. Watch our website and social media for a link to a livestream of this exciting event. We plan to put shovels in the ground as soon as the weather allows!
